Reluctantly glad to admit that I’ve made another appearance in the gym after last week’s one-day workout week quickly passed by, all the while managing to cold turkey that daily frappuccino monkey that was hanging on my back for far too long to note. From the title, you can probably conclude that the pectoral region along with my (stubborn) abdomen area were exercised on this particular visit so I’ll leave the specific repetitions and overly sore body talk aside for this blog moment but do hope to publish a few more weblog postings over the next couple days while I push forward the launches on this week’s remaining interactive marketing campaigns and try to cook up 3 more sessions of weight training, some more cruising the beach on the bicycle and, last but not least, a handful of fresh, home-made meals.
